Love Kirsten offers Family Assistance to support families caring for a child or young adult with cancer or a brain tumor. This assistance is designed to help ease the financial stress that often accompanies treatment and to ensure families can focus on what matters most — their child’s care and well-being.

To help reach as many families as possible, Love Kirsten Family Assistance is limited to one grant of up to $500 per calendar year, per family. All requests must be submitted through this form by a social worker, pediatric resource specialist, child life specialist, patient advocate, or another qualified healthcare professional.

Patient Eligibility Requirements

• The patient must be 22 years of age or younger

• The patient must have a cancer or brain tumor diagnosis confirmed by an oncology healthcare professional

• The patient must be receiving treatment (inpatient or outpatient)

• The patient must be receiving care at a New England hospital or reside in New England

Family Assistance Details

• Assistance may be used for a wide range of family needs, including but not limited to parking ,rent, utilities, medical expenses, transportation, and meaningful family or milestone expenses
